Will the BBC clean up Dragons Den?

As a fan of the show I have just googled it to see when the new series starts and was shocked at some of the revelations from investors who claim they have been cheated by some of the dragons who have given a loan rather than an investment. I have been shocked by what I have read and it seems a lot of it isnt genuine. James Caane who a lot of the complaints were about has now pulled out of the show. I dont suppose these people can get so rich by acting exactly by the book? I had assumed the BBC were involved in the dealings,but it seems not. The BBC should clean them up or take the show off screen.Do you agree.
