Adult Braces Clear vs. Invisalign vs. regular silver?

31 and contemplating getting them again for the second time to finally put some of the problems to "bed." Have any adults had substantial dealings with the clear brackets vs. regular "metalmouth" ones. Or invisalign at all. Which would you recommend from experience and what are the pros of braces as an adult? What will co-workers think?
