Why would a sr exec who I have business dealings with ask to meet and then only discuss personal things?

How should you take it? He's a player and he has his sights on making you a notch on his bedpost. He's 45 and never been married. He tells you he is seeing someone (easy way out of anything with you) but leaves all his options open by saying it might not work out. He's so transparent. Don't be naive. Little bit of advice - don't mix business and pleasure. You will end up regretting it.
