If you were a mom or are a mom would you object to this Halloween costume?

I'm 13 years old and i want to be Avril Lavigne for Halloween. I know, it sounds like an inappropriate costume but it's just a knee-length skirt, t-shirt, heels, and some make-up. To be specific it's a black-and-blue plaid skirt, plain white t-shirt, black eyeliner, metallic green eye shadow, and 2-3 inch black pumps. I will bring flats too, in case my feet begin killing me or something. I haven't told my mom about this yet - she objects to the vast majority of my clothing but if you had a daughter who was going to wear that to school, to a Halloween dance, to a day-time trick-or-treat, and then on Halloween night what would you say? Should I ditch the heels and go for black converse or just bring them in case or what?
