Mosquito and bug bite cures?

I camped outside with my friends, and silly me, wore shorts and a sweatshirt. And I got bit, all over. Like, twenty bug bites on my legs. And I try not to scratch them, but I do in my sleep then they scab, and I sleep with mittens on now, so I don't scratch them anymore, but I have anti itch cream, but I'm going to a special ceremony tomorrow. Is there any way I can cover up the scabs, or reduce the redness of the other bites? Please help, thank you.
