I keep seeing these metallic silver circles swirling up around what i am looking at!?

I am 14 years old and every once in a while, (by that i mean a couple times a day) ill see these dark metallic silver "bullets" as i would describe them. they are sort of a correctly placed pattern around what my eyes are focused on, in pairs of two circling around each other in a big circle. I'm not sure if this could be a side affect from prior use of LSD and other hallucinogens that i have experimented with the following year. Please give me a legitimate answer and let me know if this should be something I should be worried about when it comes to my vision, which I would enjoy to have the rest of my life since I paint allot. thanks!
