Husband & Wife problems?

I'm parted from my husband for the past 4 years due to some of his illegitimate affairs. Despite of that when I met him last year for our case hearing I helped him out with 5 lakhs rupees with my jewels pledged in the bank (without my parents consent). Thereafter he cut his contact with me & my jewels & coming to auction in 10days time. I cant contact him in any way. Even his parents say, we dont knw anything about his money dealings. He is not even responding to any of my mails. What should I do now? Some of my well wishers advice me for a police complaint. Pls advice
