Hes barred me from the business?

my husband got me to sign for a company name so he could carry on trading and then he barred me from the business.the company has since been dissolved and he is asking for accounts from it knowing i never had any dealings with it and wasnt allowed on the premises.how can i prove that he was still running the business and that i had nothing to do with it.he made sure he paid everything in cash so there was no paper trails but i wasnt allowed on the premises and still am not.
