Help with with family member who has abused her position as administrator of lands/monies?

Hi, in my opinion taken this issue to the courts was an is the right thing to do because right is right and wrong is wrong. Also as for the court clerk talk to someone in a higher position than her to get another person on the case because her taken back private discussions to the other party involved in the case is wrong also on so many levels.
