Have you had a parking fine from G24? Do you have to pay?

We recently got a fine for parking in Focus carpark for too long. We'd pressumed it was a free customer carpark & had spent a great deal of money in their store so were completely shocked to get from G24! Anyone else had any dealings with this unfair little operation?
