Dell billing rip off?

I just received 468.65 differed interest charge from Dell Financial. I read the terms and conditions and thought the interest as outrageous as it was, would only be on the remaining balance. I want to put this on as many web sites an I can, that Dell does this, and let as many people as possible see it. Anyone that deals with Dell financial should know of what I think of as a rip off before having any dealings with them. I would like some help on finding places to let people know about this. In my opinion this is just a scam that Dell is running.
