Bike training any good schools in westmidlands?

HI im looking to take my cbt test ive riden a bike on an industrial est about 2hrs max how difficult is the cbt and can anyone recomend a good traing school ive been told of black country motorcycle & nfl rider training has anyone had any dealings with either of these. ps ive not fallen of the bike yet lol and can start & stop & change gear ive been a car driver for 30yrs so have road sense.
