Anyone had dealings with Schiel & Denver? are they scanners?

I'd proceed with care in the publishing industry as a general rule of thumb, but I have heard some very GOOD and encouraging things about this particular company, Schiel and Denver, mainly from experienced authors at my local writing group in Wisconsin and their company's involvement with the United Nations GC as a stakeholding book publisher. This would lead to believe an author would be in very safe professional hands on balance, and their royalty percentages are excellent, too.
