Why is Oprah Featuring Sarah Ferguson on the Oprah Winfrey Network? Ratings? Poor Taste?

I don't want to see Sarah in a sympathetic light at all. I'd rather see her do her dirty dealings (bribing individuals with favors) whilst smoking fiendishly and pounding down bottles of Merlot.
