If I want to complain about a business, who do I report it to?

I am a business myself. Would the FTC or Office of Fair Trading be the appropriate places? The business is a multi-national public listed company and they've been totally unethical in their dealings. I am sending a formal complaint for them to get investigated! Thanks in advance
