Is not it easy to advice rather than make it applicable in your day to day dealings?

We can advice others to follow a particular course of action but when it come to make the same thing applicable in day to day dealings, it is rather difficult in practice. It can better be put like this, your advice is given free but when the question of its applicability arises, there are ifs and buts, doubts, pretences, and what not. is not it then ADVISABLE to act first and then tender any advice for others.
