Ive been sweating continuously for 2-3 wks, very fatigue. my sugar was 147. Diabetes symptoms?

I didn't eat yesterday, only had a coke to drink before checking my sugar. I have a metallic odor from my discharge too! I just feel like something is wrong with me, i don't feel right!
