What to wear to a katy perry concert?

Okay the concert is June 28th in Michigan :) sorry I am really excited. Anyway I have a quilted purse that slings over from victoria's secret pink. it's metallic and silver and its pretty loud so I don't want to wear anything too bright.. I was thinking of maybe a blue romper? I didn't really want to wear a skirt but if that's what I find then so be it. I wanted to wear maybe a brighter skirt and a white tee tucked in or maybe high wisted shorts with a graphic tee tucked in, I'm not sure yet?? or a dress? What do you think, it'll most likely be hot too.
