Ps3 blueray drive broken.... help?

So recently I took apart my ps3 which was a big mistake i had a fwe problems but the only thing that hasn't been put in place yet is the disc drive. when I was trying to put the ps3 back together i tried to put the metallic ribbons in place, but the small doors that clip down and hold it in place had broken off. this happened to a few other components so i stuck the ribbon with some tape and it worked, but it isn't working for the disc drive. any suggestions?
