I don't like him just from your description. If he stood you up without a good reason that means he doesn't care about you, period. It sounds like he's using you or playing you in order to get whatever it is that he wants. If you can go for a while without talking to him and he isn't reaching out to talk to you, then he isn't worth it. If you left him a couple summers back, even if you can't remember the reason, there was a reason, and something isn't how it should be.

Blood smell and taste, feel kinda thing?

For about a year now I randomly, at different times get this blood type of metallic smell, its hard to explain but I can smell it and even taste and feel it at the back of my throat, I don't understand what this is, no one else can smell it, and I don't have dry blood either

Yesterday me and my bro (ex hs wrestler) was trying to get me ready for varsity wrestling next year, and he made this move where he took me to te ground but tried to cushion the fall but I still landed hard on the right side of my head, granted it was on a thin carpent floor but It still hurt really bad. A terrible headache, some dizziness, really weird metallic taste in my mouth, random occurrences of light nausea and it hurts when I look at light... Basically what you feel like when you have a fever. I'm worried that I got a concusioun, because he got one last year and his head still hurts from time to time and I never got one before. Is this just a bad headache with it or is it a minor concussion, also is it serious enough to see doctor.
